The Mini Olympics – a warm up for groups of 3-4 year olds

Here is a warm up you can do with 3-4 year olds, but also works with older children as well.

It’s just a circuit of little exercises. You need to set it up in advance of the lesson, do a quick demo of all the exercises to the kids, then let them do it. They can go round the circuit a few times. See the video below where I show you examples.
